Return & Exchange Policy

At Manicstore, every product is made with care and precision to match your customization needs. Since all our items are custom-made, we follow a strict policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our team.

Customized Products

All customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We recommend checking all details (design, size, color, spelling, logo placement, etc.) carefully before confirming your order.

Return / Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange is possible only if:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and
  • You provide a complete parcel opening video (uncut and clearly showing the product condition upon unboxing).

Without a valid unboxing video proof, we will be unable to process a return or exchange request.

Reporting an Issue

If you have received a defective or damaged item:

  1. Email us at contact@manicstore.in
    or WhatsApp us at +91 81693 41110 within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach your order number, parcel opening video, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • No unboxing video provided.
  • Slight color variation due to display differences.
  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer.
  • Normal wear & tear, improper handling, or washing damage.

Manicstore reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests.
